The World’s Fastest SUVs: DRAG RACE! Urus Performante v Model X Plaid v X5 M v Turbo GT v GLE 63 S
This video gives us a direct drag racing showdown between some of the fastest SUVs available on the market today: Lamborghini Urus Performante, BMW X5 M, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG, and the all-electric Tesla Model X Plaid
The CarVow video below has been creating a lot of buzz on the internet lately, as it showcases some of the world’s fastest SUVs of the day in a pretty simple drag race. It showcases the all-new and rather capable Tesla Model X Plaid – an all-electric performance juggernaut that seats seven people – against the likes of a Lamborghini Urus Performante, BMW X5 M, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, and a Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG. Truly an epic drag race!
Get ready for the most exciting SUV drag race we’ve ever run on this channel! We’ve finally got our hands on the Tesla Model X Plaid, and it’s going up against the new Lamborghini Urus Performante, a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, an AMG GLE 63 and a BMW X5M! – CarVow
Whilst we won’t reveal the final result of the race, as the video is too entertaining not to see in full length, we do want to make one note: the Tesla Model X Plaid, even though powerful and pretty much a beast in a straight line, has some of the worst brakes of the bunch in this video. Namely, it brakes rather slowly, with all of the other cars coming to a full stop way before it. In turn, we’d like to recommend that any Model X Plaid owner check what Unplugged Performance has to offer in terms of big brake kit (BBK) upgrades for this vehicle, as the stock system clearly needs an upgrade. But, we digress. Press play and enjoy some SUVs going rather fast off the line below.
