Long Beach Blue BMW X5 M Gets Velos Designwerks Wheels

How do you make one of the best high-performance SUV’s better? Add a set of aftermarket wheels. For this BMW X5 M, the logic was simple: lightweight, custom made, forged wheels were the solution to make the vehicle even more appealing. Work was done by AUTOCouture Motoring and this Long Beach Blue X5 M features a set of Velos Designwerks wheels.

The well-known SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle) is one of the most brutal and appealing SUV’s out there. It gives the owners plenty of power, exhilarating performance and lumbering speed – accompanied by the aggressive and beautiful overall exterior looks. The BMW X5 M is powered by a 4.4 Liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine, delivering 575 horsepower and 553lb-ft of torque, that allows the X5 M to accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 4.0 seconds. The vehicle will also accelerate all the way to 155mph (250km/h).

The customer opted-in for a set of Velos S10 two-piece forged wheels. These are sized 22×10.5 in the front and rear. Thanks to a Brushed Aluminum finish, the wheels pose a great contrasting addition for this X5 M as well. While some would go with a five-spoke setup, this multispoke designed wheel suits the high-performance nature of the vehicle perfectly.
