Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG on HRE TR106 Wheels In Satin Gold

With the all-new Mercedes-Benz G-Class coming out in just a few months, we revisit the current model thanks to Wheels Boutique and their latest tuning project. This particular black Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG features a complete BRABUS aero kit, making it an even more appealing luxury SUV (Sports Activity Vehicle). Known for its classic exterior design that hasn’t changed much over the years, the G-Class features a luxurious interior, comfort levels seldom seen in the aftermarket industry and some pretty impressive offroad capabilities.

The Mercedes-Benz is powered by the AMG 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8 engine, delivering 563 horsepower and 561 lb-ft (760 Nm) of torque, mated to an AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC transmission. This allows the rumbling SUV (Sports Activity Vehicle) to accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 5.3 seconds. A perfect starting point for an aftermarket build.

This Black G63 AMG features a complete BRABUS carbon fiber aero kit. The BRABUS WIDESTAR conversion kit consists of a rear skirt including design underride protection and additional signal lights, front and rear fender flares (front with integrated LED-Illumination) and front and rear door panels, giving it a much more beefed up look. In turn, the already masculine G63 AMG looks even more aggressive throughout its exterior.

For the owner of this particular Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, just the BRABUS body kit wasn’t going to cut it. Hence, the owner opted in for a set of HRE Performance Wheels. For this build, the choice was made on a set of HRE TR106 wheels, sized 22×12.5 in the front and 22×12.5 in the rear. Thanks to a Satin Gold finish, the wheels add a perfect accentuating touch to this vehicle.
