Porsche 991 Turbo S On Velos S10 Forged Wheels

Velos Designwerks have been in the aftermarket tuning world for a while. Recently, the company, most known for their ECU and performance upgrades, ventured into the world of custom forged wheels, jumping into the company that’s as ruthless and competitive as it is exciting.

Now, after several high-profile builds, the company is putting itself on the map of the aftermarket tuning world, taking charge in what will certainly be an epic time for them. This new build by Velos features a gorgeous white Porsche Turbo S that comes equipped with a set of their S10 concave wheels, giving us a taste of their know-how in both design and wheel engineering.

While some will argue that the Porsche 911 Turbo S is perfect right off the factory floor, there are some owners who like to add a custom touch to their vehicles. Let’s put things into perspective a bit. The 911 Turbo is powered by a 3.8-litre, twin-turbo six-cylinder engine at the rear, delivering a whopping 580 horsepower (427kW) and some amazing acceleration & top speed. With Launch Control, the 911 Turbo accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.0 seconds. The top speed is 320 km/h.

With the Turbo S on the other hand, thanks to larger turbochargers and electronics further optimized for performance, the acceleration run from 0 to 100 km/h in a breathtaking 2.9 seconds. And reach 200 km/h in 9.9 seconds. Top speed: 330 km/h. A perfect start for an aftermarket build.

For this Turbo S, the wheels had to be as competitive as the vehicle itself. Hence, these Velos S10 forged wheels are light, come with a gorgeous design and perfect fitment.

The wheels are sized 20×9.5 in the front and 20×12 in the rear. The wheels are finished with a finish combination consisting of Brushed w/ Polished accents and Gloss Monaco Copper and Polished Monaco Copper Inners & Outer Lips. In turn, this finish combination makes for a perfect addition to the white Porsche 911 Turbo S.
