Matte Gray Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG On ADV.1 Wheels

With the advent of the facelifted Mercedes-Benz S-Class, it’s nice to grab a detailed look at a build featuring the outgoing vehicle. This beautiful Matte Gray Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG comes from ADV.1 Wheels, featuring a set of their lightweight forged wheels. In the case of this S63 AMG, the ADV5 M.V2 Competition Spec wheels are added, giving the high-performance sedan quite an impressive exterior look.

This generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Clas was officially unveiled in May 2013, where the new model received a more streamlined appearance than the outgoing one. It also received a new engine, allowing it improved performance. Namely, the S63 AMG seen here now comes equipped with a 5.5 Liter V8 Twin-Turbo engine delivering 577 horsepower and allowing the high-performance sedan to sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 3.9 seconds. The vehicle will speed to an electronically limited top speed of 155mph (250km/h) with ease as well.

For this owner, however, the vehicle needed a bit more flash & appeal. This is where these ADV5 M.V2 wheels come in. For this build, the aftermarket wheel company machined the wheels in sizes of 22×9.5 and 22×10.5 in the front and rear, respectively. The wheels come with an intricate five-spoke design, complete with weight saving spoke cuttings on both the front face and wheel back.

Additionally, the clean combination of Brushed Gunmetal with Liquid Smoke windows makes for a perfectly matched finish on this ride. The wheels are further visually enhanced thanks to a 50/50 Exposed Hardware option.
