Red Ferrari 488 GTB With HRE P107 Wheels

When somebody says “you’re killing it” in the wheel game, then you definitely have something epic on your hands. This particular Ferrari 488 GTB build is just that: epic. Coming from TAG Motorsports, this red Ferrari 488 GTB features a set of custom made HRE P107 forged wheels installed.

With this Ferrari 488 GTB, the wheels come in a gorgeous Satin Black finish. In turn, this perfectly accentuates the red exterior of this vehicle.

When Ferrari decided to update the already-awesome Ferrari 458 Italia, it was clear that not a lot of substantial changes are going to be made for the new model. Correspondingly, the vehicle received some minor exterior changes and an engine update, together with the introduction of the Ferrari 488 GTB as the vehicle’s new naming. The rest pretty much stayed the same.

But, in the case of the Ferrari 488 GTB, the same means that the 488 GTB is an awesome, twin-turbo V8 powered beauty/beast in one single package. Additionally, the 488 GTB name marks a return to the classic Ferrari model designation. In the Ferrari 488 GTB, the 488 in its moniker indicates the engine’s unitary displacement, while the GTB stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta.

The Ferrari 458 GTB is powered by a 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8, an engine smaller in displacement and coming with a higher output than the 458’s naturally aspirated engine.

Furthermore, in the Ferrari 488 GTB, the engine delivers a staggering 670 PS (493 kW; 661 hp) at 8,000 rpm and 760 N·m (561 lb·ft) of torque at 3,000 rpm. This results in a specific power output of 126.3 kW (171.7 PS; 169.4 hp) per litre and specific torque output of 194.8 N·m (144 lbf·ft) per litre, both records for a Ferrari car.

This allows the Ferrari 488 GTB to accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 3.0 seconds.
