Floret Silver Metallic Audi RS 6 Avant with HRE P200 Wheels in Polished Dark Clear

After finally arriving in the U.S., the Audi RS6 Avant is getting some love from the aftermarket wheel industry, with this Floret Silver Metallic RS 6 getting a set of lightweight custom-made HRE P201 wheels

For us in Europe, the Audi RS 6 Avant is a vehicle we see pretty often. Sure, it’s a high-performance wagon that is one of the best luxury performance cars on the market, blending impressive utility, cargo space, and performance, but it’s also a car we’ve grown a custom to seeing on our roads. On the other hand, seeing one in the United States, up until now, wasn’t possible. When the news of the RS6 Avant coming to the States was released, a lot of people were really happy about it. And we can’t blame them.

There aren’t that many wagons that come with 500+ horsepower, 800Nm (590lb-ft) of torque, all-wheel-drive, impressive exterior and interior look, and quite an impressive level of performance.

“Throughout our 25-year RS history, the Audi RS 6 Avant is one of our absolute icons with a large global fan base,” says Oliver Hoffmann, managing director of Audi Sport GmbH. “We will also be offering the RS 6 Avant in North America for the very first time. As such, we will be tapping into a new market with huge potential and generating further growth.”

The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine in the Audi RS 6 Avant delivers 600 horsepower and 800 Nm (590.0 lb-ft) of torque. The RS 6 Avant can sprint from 0-100 km/h (62mph) in as little as 3.6 seconds. Additionally, the RS 6 Avant will achieve a top track speed of 250 km/h (155.3 mph).

The standard eight-speed Tiptronic transmission with optimized shift times and new launch control function transmits the power of the 4.0-liter engine to the Quattro permanent all-wheel drive. Wheel-selective torque control can help enhance handling by ensuring additional traction across each axle through the individual-wheel braking application. The Quattro sport differential offers a dynamic driving experience and helps enhance cornering agility by actively splitting torque between each of the rear wheels, with the ability to direct nearly all torque to one wheel.

In all, the Audi RS 6 Avant is one of the best combinations of space, comfort, and performance. However, for some owners, that isn’t enough and some aftermarket touches are needed to make their vehicle look just the way their owners wanted. Hence, adding a set of wheels seems like a great option to further refine the looks of this vehicle. For this particular Floret Silver Metallic – one of the best finishes available for this vehicle – the choice was made on a set of HRE P200 wheels in a gorgeous Polished Dark Clear finish. For the tires, the owner went with a set of Pirelli P Zero tires, providing ample traction & cornering performance.

The end result is a staggeringly gorgeous-looking wagon that will both turn heads and duke it out with almost anything it encounters on the road with ease. A true family car that has the ability to stand up against sports cars and supercars alike. Just what the owner of this RS 6 wanted.
