Ultraviolet Purple Porsche 911 GT3 RS Upgraded With Pink ADV.1 Wheels
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is by many, the most impressive and driver-oriented vehicle available in the German car maker’s range right now. The vehicle comes powered with a 4.0-liter six-cylinder horizontally opposed, naturally aspirated engine derived from the 911 GT3 Cup. It delivers 500 horsepower and 460 Nm of torque, powering the rear wheels through a Performance-oriented 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK).
Naturally, people who prefer to do the gear changes themselves can also option out a 6-speed GT sports manual transmission with short shift throws. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS will sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in 3.9 seconds. The GT3 is capable of reaching a top speed of 198mph (320 km/h).
For the guys over at R1 Motorsport, giving the 911 GT3 a more refined look is the key goal of this build. They’ve opted in to get the brand new set of ADV 5.2 M.V2 Advanced Series lightweight concave wheels on this beast, turning this Ultraviolet Purple beauty in an aggressive, gorgeous looking machine.
The wheels installed on this vehicle come in sizes of 20×9.5 and 21×12.5 in the front and rear, respectively. Thanks to a Brushed Purple finish and 50/50 Exposed Hardware option, they fit the centerlock GT3 RS perfectly. While some purists will shy away from this finish combination alltogether, the pink wheels, purple exterior and yellow PCCB (Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes) look rather fetching here.
